      why not? im curious to know why you're against it.I know a guy running a ltw m20 flywheel with a sachs heavy duty cutch on a s50 for 3 years and no problems...

        Smaller clutch = less torque capacity, less heat capacity, quicker wear.

        It's just not the right way to do it. It's like putting in an S52 in a 318i and leaving the small case diff. Yeah, it works, but you're gonna have to change it eventually, you might as well do it right the first time.

              Interesting points, thanks for the replys guys. I just used the stock clutch as a temporary thing because I was planning on getting this done "quickly" and changing it out later. Things happened that threw that out the window so I'll be pulling things apart and just re-doing them the right way.
