you might have a blown ecu? I am not sure, but i know when my car did the same thing, it was because my ECU was fried, compliments to the paint shop.
Car starts - runs fine for 10 seconds - then runs like SHIT!

I am currently having the same problem, but with a little bit different twist.
-413 ECU, Red Label
-S52 converted to OBD-1 (all new sensors)
-Tried it with both 3" MAF and 3.5" MAF
With the stock chip it starts and runs pretty damn well. Except after 5 minutes or so the CEL comes on (probably because the maps are not correct for 24 lb injectors?)
With my Turner/TMS chip it has the exact same problem you described: starts for 5-10 seconds, then bogs and dies.

I will finally get the chance tomorrow to test my other ECU.
I'm going to put my Red Label stock chip into my Silver Label 413. As long as the chip it self isnt bad, this should eliminate my worry that the DME is bad.Comment

For the record, I tested the TPS per Bently. The resistance is a little higher than spec (1750-4500 ohm), not sure if this is enough to mean the TPS is bad?

same thing happened with my m50 e34. new cam pos sensor, swapped out the maf, still no luck. same exact symptoms

i will suggest double checking ur crank sensor wires if they are not new.
Especially for M/S52 Obd1 converted. they then to get old and crack.

Honestly I think i have change the crank, cam, coolant sensors on the car. it just back fire as i hit the gas but it doesnt bog or down down. what do yall think it could be ?

find out what the code means and correct it. if you have use to an scan tool i would highly recommend it. scan tools have saved my ass so many timesComment
