I think I'm ready to order a set up too. I'd like flanges for easier disassembly, but it's actually impossible to remove my current s50 midpipe without unbolting the headers. So, dealing with clamps is going to be better than what I have to go through now to drop the midpipe.

There are a lot of people offering slightly different variants of the same headers. Is any variant better than others? Looks like some are offering flanges that I assume one welds onto the midpipe?

you know what helps that itchiness...warm/hot water :D

i won't wrap mine in fear that the cheapness will break the welds/crack or who knows what, intake is on the other side

Very. I suggest soaking in water first to prevent fibers getting onto the skin, also helps with a much tighter wrap when dried.

?!?! which seller did you buy from :hitler: mine came in ~ two weeks ago and they the step. i'm not gonna shave it or anything in fear that it'll crack later + its not too bad either. cheap headers that clear subframe ftw!

yeah i got those too...they are NOT ceramic coated though, tubes kinda extrude from flange but meh, they fit and hopefully work on the e30...haven't tried that.

They're the same ones but coated. You can almost guarantee that coating won't last though. Actual ceramic coating for these headers runs about $200+/- alone.
