What hoses are you using. I assume that they have to be custom routed. Sounds like a nice setup though, how much did it run you, if you dont mind me asking?

From what I can gather, when using the S54 radiator, you need to use the S54 upper rad hose since it is a little bit bigger.
The radiator (Behr) is (at my cost) 254, and another 10 bucks for the hose. I will also be using a 16" electric fan and I am looking at what, cooler than stock, electric fan switch I should use.

Thats awesome. I need to pick up a new radiator, and that sounds like quite a deal. Where are you getting yours? Do you have a business account with the dealership?

I am using the early cooling system in my car, so I wonder how hard it would be to do the hoses for it.. Hm.

I work at an independent BMW shop. We have an account with WorldPac and do a lot of business with the BMW dealership here and get stuff from them at cost as well.

It slides right in, perfect measurements. Requires slight modification, but the dimensions and end tanks are very similar.

I'm lost? It sits just like any other radiator would.
