Which front strut bars fit with our motors?

I need to revive this thread. I want to order a strut bar and have it painted body color while the painters still have some paint left. What's the general consensus? Will the Sparco or Racing Dynamics fit with the E30M3 covers on the firewall and 1/4 inch spacers under the motor mounts?

Shouldn't have any problems, Ken - I had to trim a little off my cover for the profile of the intake manifold at the common airspace before each runner, but there were no issues between the bar & the covers, as the bar doesn't know what motor is sitting underneath it. It's the same as if you were fitting the bar to a factory E30 M3 engine bay.

Ya know, the Ireland and Sparco bars sure do look a lot alike.
