    I have never had a problem in 100 degree heat and in traffic after i installed a fan. Before the fan it was overheat city but the spal fixed it

      definately an m42 rad. i sold one of those to a forum member for his m50 swap. also, i have a 318is and it looks identical.

        e34 radiators are HUGE (width wise) compared to 3 series radiators and don't fit.

          Exactly.

          I bought an E34 radiator with the built in tank hoping it would fit. It doesn't.
