    ^^ so why exactly are you so set on it?

    do you need it for:
    - loudness? (it will accomplish, the car will be obnoxious to drive tho)
    - geek factor? (it will do, i know as i am a geek ;)
    - performance? (will have to retune for much more freer flowing exhaust whenever the valve is open, otherwise you get lean condition at high rpm - so need to have two tunes for when it's opened and closed. Also as was already mentioned it will take away from low-mid end torque as there would be close to no scavenging for those frequencies)

    this solution would be much better suited for a turbocharged car

      ^ yeah, those QTP dump valves are popular for Turbo guys, my buddy is running one on his Subby, but on an N/A car, its pretty useless...
