530 remote reservoir question

I've been searching and haven't seen an answer yet, but with the remote reservoir, what do you do with the line which goes into the reservoir itself on the e30 from I think the manifold? Any help would be much appreciated. If this line goes elsewhere, where should I plug it in or do w/ it.

Three lines will to to your remote res.

Two go to the brake master cylinder and one goes to the clutch master cylinder.

Ok, so that is for the clutch master cylinder, now how should I tie that in, since it only has the two remote lines coming out of it? Should I build a little container for the clutch master cylinder line seperately?
