Wiring harness differences for eta?

    The tach wire is in the c104 which is a 3 pin connector in the glovebox area. I am pretty sure all etas have one. In which case you shouldn't need any length of wire at all just splice it in.

    If you have an econo gauge or an obc then you will want to hook up the fuel rate wire. It will not be accurate but your gauge will work. (my s50 gets like 57mpg hwy!!)

          Holy back from the dead thread. I started this almost 4 years ago when I was first going to do a 24V swap and had to abandon it.

            well i have power now to the 3 relays. Yes i had a power wire connected wrong :|


            but im still not getting spark. Oh and I checked and i have confirmed power to the fuel pump relay.

              pin 24 on the e36 goes to the red/yellow wire of the c104
              pin 14 on the e36 goes to the black wire of the c104
              pin 20 of the e36 goes to the wire on the back of the instrument cluster in the circuit board with the green covering that snaps onto the cluster.

              these three wires the last one [in 20 wich wire do i splic it in to on the back of the cluster i have the rpm byt didnt know i had to put one in the back of the cluster any help here
