Ah yeah...brain fart. I knew you were planning on it going in an E36, my mind wandered for a minute and forget where I was. :-)Comment

Kim,
Why are you using the cast iron exhaust manifolds? Save some weight and go with the stainless obd2 ones.San Diego BMW repair -> Jake @ www.littlecarshop.com Great guy :up:Comment

Soooo, last night we got the car to a point where it *could* have been fired up. However, something is either wrong with the harness adaptor from Treehouse, or their directions for the single wire (not the 3 behind the glovebox, or the oil level). The wire on one side of the connector is red, but the pin it connects to, has a brown wire on the other side. Needless to say, we're going to make a phone call on Monday to figure out whats wrong, because we ended up crossing it and melting some plastic. Thank God we were right there, it didn't get a chance to ruin anything.
We could have had the driveshaft installed, but I completely forgot that the car was made before 9/87, using a different center support. Super lame. Oh well, SSF will have one to us on Monday.
Yay, manual transmission installed.
