So what all is invovled in subframe clearence on a s50b32? Is it a lot more involved han a US spec swap? 300hp at the crank is what I want and I think this is the route i am going to go.... Gotta love tax refunds!

My s52 would be $3k it has 60k miles and my s50 $2500 it has 115k
        I have a tranny add $400
These are complete motors less the Ecu for the S52

Notch subframe, and massage firewall to clear headers. Neither is difficult, but you need to weld to find a welder to do the subframe.

its not to bad but a s52 would be easyer and parts are easyer to find. i had a chance to buy a euro spec but its alot more expensive.

parts are not a problem to find, nor are they crazy expensive (except in certain cases).

to get equal HP you are looking at a lot more money using an S52.

Well I found and settled on a price for the euro motor tranny and everything else ecu wirring the whole kitten kaboodle but the seller wants a Money wire and I want to pay through paypal. Hopefully he will accept credit card otherwise I will be back in the market for an engine. I am def not going to be wirring any money to anyone. I hope it works out because I really want to get started on this.

                              Not worht the hassle.

I sent a wire transfer (to the UK) for the 2 motors (then another for another motor) I bought. As long as the seller is legit...

Did you check with Alex at abloriginalparts.com for a motor?
