figured it out for OBD1 MS3.1's ECU's
ill pm any member intrested in it. dont bother asking if u dont have 100+ posts.

Ha. You do realize that the power for the ecu is fed through a relay controlled by the OBC and is a completely separate system from the ECU harness, right?
I had to find out why my car wouldn't start one weekend and found out that the OBC relay had a bad solder joint on it and caused my problems.
