If you are using an m3 cluster, you have to adjust the voltage so that it will read properly, and I think it was Dougic that was making the voltage converters. I may be wrong on who it is. Was a limited run too.1991 318is nv m50 : brilliantrot

BTW Back in the day my buddy had a '71 Riviera with a semi-worked 455. On one long downhill run from Vegas to Baker, the speedo went past 120, then into the water temp idiot light, then past that into the oil pressure idiot light. Q-jet carburetor where the secondary jets were just metal soda straws sticking into the barrels. Used up 20 gallons of gas in 45 minutes. That car was badass. If you could keep the all-iron big block from overheating. Great suspension and brakes on that car, too. Or not... That same run, we separated a tire tread at speed and absolutely flattened one of the rear quarter panels. The tread wrapped around the brake drum and locked up the rear axle (positraction) which got a little exciting for the people in adjacent lanes :) Young and dumb back then; old and senile now. Now what was the topic of this thread again?
