How so? I'm a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles because I don't want to fuck up my $500 kevlar racing clutch?

Keep up, fuck that they will eat my dust. My worked 3.7 S38 M5 walked C4Ss, this thing should do better.

Hey by the way, what 5 lug bits are you using? I'm tempted to do it this winter for the same reason but I love my wheels to death and after the cost of the 5 bolt stuff, new rims/tires, brakes, it won't be much cheaper, if at all, than one of Lee's 4 bolt racing kits.

Should've put that bad boy in the e30. ;)

And yes C4Ss are our competition...they just don't know it. :pimp:

95M3 front: transfering e30 suspension onto e36 struts (yeah, there's a writeup coming! saves lots of money + my suspension kiks ass)
318ti rear: same setup, same suspension.

the only reason to go this way is the bigger brakes and for the bigger wheels to make up for the short gear ratio. beats getting a bbk at the price i got these parts...still have to get new rims so who knows i did the math it worked out fine. i ran Sebring with the m20 and the stock brakes just don't cut it, barely lasted ~3.5-4/5 35min sessions. had to cut the last two sessions in half from overheated brakes. imagine what the s52 would do to them

Hmm, what about all the hearsay about the E36 struts resulting in fucked up caster... bullshit or you have a fix for it?

Wow man, it still gives me goosebumps listening to it on video. I definitely couldn't tolerate it as a daily but then it was never built with that in mind. I think it'll meet the requirement, but it'll be tight (92 db at 50 feet).

Didn't take it all the way up, still running on dino flushing oil. Will be getting it sound tested and will run it up all the way then, but I don't see it being any louder than you hear here.

Be warned you may get sea sick from the camera work:

                        JPStrniste and BigD,

What are you guys doing as far as exhaust goes? I need some direction with this. I don't want the tone to be overbearing as this is gonna be my daily driver for some time. I owned a stromung before and liked the way it sounded. Are you's gonna run straight pipes or are you mix and matching pipes?

                        Thanks guys!

Well listen to the vid above, you'll see that if you plan to daily your car you don't want to know what I have lol.

It's an RSC36 modded a lot to fit (all piping is custom, resonators had to be moved forward and staggered to fit the tunnel). No cats, stainless 2.25" dual pipes with an H pipe.

Going to pick it up right now.

Its an ansa exhaust for an e30, with cats. I was going to eliminate the cats, but i didn't want it raspy.

I'll let you know in about an hour how it sounds.....
