    Help! overheating in Stop-n-go traffic.

Help! I have been overheating at stoplights lately. I have an bmwcca prepped IP S50 motor(schricks, hfm, 21#inj, fan delete, aa header etc) in my 91 E30. I put in the Mcoupe S54 radiator w/ 3 rows when I swapped. When I am on the road, my water temp is usually @ 210 and my oil temp is ~200. I had a/c put on my swap and I have been steadily upgrading pusher fans to help compensate for the added heat. So far nothing has worked. Tonight I put on a 3000cfm fan and it still wants to go over 250 if left idling. Any ideas? It already has the lower temp switch and thermostat in it. I will try to tape up around the radiator and condensor so that it is more efficient. Anything else I can do?

Yup, no air. I'm afraid adding the a/c condenser in front restricts flow to the radiator from the electric fan when stopped.

I have been running just water w/ 2 bottles of water wetter. I will replace w/ antifreeze/water/water wetter mix and replace thermostat just in case. I will also use metal duct tape to restrict wasted flow out the sides of the radiator.
