Just started swap...have AC wiring question

I just started my swap and have search about connecting the AC. Most of the threads are about the custom pressure lines. My question has to do with wiring the compressor. On the e36 compressor there is a plastic connector with one pin inside...on the e30 there is one wire from the body harness is screwed into the compressor and then several wires that go to various connections on the compressor. Do I just need to find the body harness side from the e36 and spice it in or am I just not seeing the way it works. Thanks in advance.

Only one wire needs to be connected at the compressor (besides body ground). No need to change the connectors, the e30 body pin will just insert into the compressor connector.

Thanks for the reply....maybe I am dense but on the e30 compressor the wire is connected via screw. How would this screw on eye connector insert into the e36 compressor. Or is there a plug further up the e30 line that just inserts. Sitting in front of my desk so I don't have a visual. Thanks again.
