    Brake Booster HELP!

Alright, I need to get the right measurement for my brake booster nose end. The end that goes into the master cylinder. I have an adjustable nose end, but don't know how to adjust it for the pedal free-play. If someone could measure it that would be great! This car is stupid.
I got a fender roller now! LMK if you need me to roll your fenders or want to rent the tool from me locally.

Edit: If by nose end you mean the shaft that push the
master cylinder piston then mine is (95.5mm)

Hmmm, I might go with that and work from there. I'm getting sick of doing this engine swap now lol.

Anybody have the problem with their calipers sticking? I installed a modified AKG brake booster, and it used a bit of pressure, but now my calipers are sticking. It feels almost like I'm stepping on the brake as I am driving. Anybody have this problem before?

Alright, so it's still sticking, and I really need help. If someone would do me a HUGE favor by loosening (you don't need to remove) the master cylinder and see if you hear a bit of air coming in. I really need to figure this out, and it seems like no one is willing to help.

Also, what brake booster check valve are you guys using?

I am using the e36 brake booster check valve. If you loosen the master you should hear air comming in, same if you pull the one way valve from the booster.

Ugh... okay so everything is right. I cannot figure out why my calipers and everything stick when I put the master cylinder on, and as soon as I loosen it, my calipers and everything free up.

Sounds like you need some adjustment. The brake pedal is pushing on the master cylinder, there is no slack.

Well, there is an adjuster pin inside the booster, that I adjusted all the way in, and removed it completely, and it didn't do anything.

DO i need a new master cylinder?

Bump it. I'm using a 944 booster now, and there's too much pressure pushing on the master cylinder. Anybody know how to fix that?

When the master cylinder is all the way tight the brakes lock up without me having to push on it. When I loosen the master cylinder all the way to the end of the studs from the booster the pressure is released. Do I need to grind down the master cylinder's nose? Help me get my car running! lol.

Did you adjust the clevis on the pedal side of the booster to eliminate any preload on the m/c?

There should be a couple mm of free play in the brake pedal before any pressure is applied to the m/c.

So I removed the lock nut and now there is less pressure on the MC which now I can move the car. But when I was driving, I tried my hardest to lock up the brakes and I couldn't. Almost like the MC wasn't getting enough pressure. Anybody know what is going on?
