Supersprint E30 325i (88-91) catback with my M52B28 - unfortunately I have the car in pieces again so no sound clips...but I'm really happy with it. Quiet down low, and a nice smooth note up top.

^ Funny, I was looking throughout this whole thread looking for exhaust ideas, wondering if I would be able to use the E30 325i SuperSprint cat back I already have for a S52 swap.

Sounds great with my M20.. nice deep hum at low RPMs and a great sound at WOT.

I was thinking about getting a set of these, and seeing as how both these headers and the UUC System U I'm running are 60mm piping, running a dual 60mm midsection, no cats or resonators.

The only thing I'm worried about is fitment. I've heard US spec headers are a tight squeeze, and these are euros.

I'm running treehouse eyeball arms, so I'm thinking I'll be in the clear.

Very nice! I'm thinking about upgrading mine with the Ireland Eng. I was hoping I could use the same exhaust once I do an engine swap in the future.

I like the Super Sprint exhaust, it looks nice and I bet it sounds good, I have to look around for the sound clip.

How much did that run you? I only ask because I am about to get mine done down in Dc, but I am just interested to see what their rates are.

I'll be doing the SS rep headers into a 2.5" single into a 18" x 8" oval Thermal Research and Development muffler.

That is a bit much, but is it worth it? I have the SS replica headers and they hang very low, that coupled with an e36 exhaust = cannot drive over any bumps at all. Doesn't help that it keeps scraping and knocked a hanger off.

How long did they take to do the whole thing?

I got Ebay headers, to a dual in dual out race cat, to a dual in dual out magnaflow 14385 muffler. Little raspy with no resonators.
