Finally got S52 swap on the road

I just took my car for it's first real drive last night too. First time hitting up some back roads and opening it up a bit. I'm still open headers until my exhaust appointment on Monday, so it makes the experience a little... interesting... to say the least.

I'm happy with my chipped m50, but definitly need to swap the 3.25LSD for my spare 3.73LSD. 70mph in 2nd gear is a looooonnnnggggg pull. hahaha

dude i hear ya on the open header...i wanted to drive it today but figured it was a bit too late! don't want my friends neighbors to hate me.

what kind of tranny are running btw? I have the 3.25 LSD with the Getrag box...

e30 trans.... Getrag 260. It's not bad, but I want the same acceleration my 2500lb m20 325is track car gives me. I think I can get close with the chipped m50 in my 2800lb eta.

So I swapped the 3.25 out for the 3.73 tonight.

I will never go back. Ever. I can't believe how much more... right... the car feels.
