My E30M50B25 project questions

Hi. I am new here and I am trying to build E30 with M50B25 motor in it. I've read a lot a bout this conversation, but still have questions.

At the moment I have M50B25TU motor with original gearbox (I think it's Getrag 250) from E36 Coupe (last 7 of VIN: EF22075) still in the car (crashed), motor is runing.

1. This is the ECU it has. I've read that I can't use SILVER label 413 ECUs becouse of EWS. But this one has RED label. Car doesn't have any original imobilazer, only aftermarket. Can i use it?

2. Car also has ASC. Is it going to couse me problems? I haven't found any info about that? Maybe I'll be able to use it in E30?

EDIT1(more to come:D):

1. ECU is ok to use. Not all 413 are bad - label color maters!
2. Don't use ASC (unless u are electronics god, I guess).

Question nr. 3: As u prabobly understood I have entire crashed E36 Coupe (planing to sell as much of it as I can). What should I keep just in case? (engine,gearbox, I'll try to keep full wire harness, cooling system, DME. Anything else?)

4. I know I need E34 oil pan, oil pickup ect. Does it matter if its from TU engine or it can be Non Vanos? I've looked at RealOEM and they seem to be completable...

I am currantly reading page 21 of 24v DOCH Swaps... I should have read that before posting - not just sticky (many many times:p)....

ASC is no issue, you just don't hook it up (it would be hard to do so). What you'll probably want to do to remove the restriction of the extra throttle body is just remove it altogether... and buy an intake boot from a non-ASC car.
