    Why wont it turn off???

Ok heres a new one, its not one of those "No start threads" its a "No kill thread".
So heres the problem, I got the car started(Euro S50B30 with EWS) and could not turn it off, I had to pull the engine control relay out to kill the car.
One thing I noticed that the EWS relay(silver box) takes about 10sec to open(click) after the key in switched off, not sure it this is what kept the engine running.
Also the green/violet(e36 wire 13 on the harness) I had used for the fuel pump relay had no power for some reason, so I just used the green/white wire(e36 pin 22 on the harness) could this have caused the problem?
Can someone tell me what turns the car off?

Post your pin outs and year/model of the car and the engine.

Some people with early cars have made the mistake of hooking up body side 6 & 7 to engine side 13. Pin 6 ends up sending power to pin 7, which is the fuel pump, therefore you get no fuel kill.

      The S50B30 is out of a 95 M3(EURO), the car its in is a 89 e30 318i(EURO).
      This is what i've done:

      e36 - e30
      7 - EWS
      8 - 12
      12 - 4
      13 - 13 & 6(because 13 had no power.)
      14 - 14
      15 - 15
      17 - 16
      18 - 18
      19 - 11
      20 - 9
      21 - 7
      22 - 6
      23 - 5
      24 - 8
      25 - 1
