    Could have sworn the stock ratio on an E36 M3 differential was 3.15.

        I believe that the stock diff was a 3.15 or a 3.25. I know the M Coupe came with a 3.23.

            So I put in my IE race bushings, ss braided lines, and my 2.93 lsd. I couldn't be happier.... 0 - 100 is so quick. I love it. And at 80 mph I'm at 3100 rpm. I love it!!!
