BMWLOGGER Error Turbo M52

Hello everyone, I’m using bmwlogger of my turbo m52 that came along with my rk tunes. But I’ve been getting this error message when I try to data log. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue and what I can do to stop it from happening. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is that something RK makes you use? Maybe ask him?

Is there some benefit to this over romraider logger?
