Install headers before or after dropping engine in?

Did you guys install your headers before or after dropping your engines into the E30 chassis?

For reference, I'm using eBay headers and they're cut off fairly short after the manifold section (not long tube headers)

i installed headers before and removed the intake manifold

If you remove the engine mount arm and support the engine, the headers aren't bad to put in after.
