    Oil pressure

Guys, I have a question regarding oil pressure. I just completed a M52B28 swap on my E30. I have been keeping an eye on the oil pressure gauge (VDO and in psi). When idling, the needle is resting on between 25-30psi and at 5000rpm it touches 60 psi. According to various sources on the internet, M52 operates around 60-65psi at higher RPM. Some say as high as 70psi. And 20psi when idling. What sorta numbers should I be looking at? I'm running bone stock M52B28 and naturally aspirated Thanks Sent from my SM-P205 using Tapatalk

Rule of thumb is minimum ~10psi for every 1000rpm. Sounds like you are in good working order.
