S52 rebuild low or high CR pistons

My S52 block needs new pistons. Looking for suggestions on which pistons to use for my rebuild. Low compression pistons to accept a turbo upgrade or high CR pistons? Suggestions? What power can I get with a Higher CR pistons? What do I need to couple these pistons with ( cam, crank, rods etc...) Can I have them both? Build the s52 and later decide to add a turbo? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Why does it need new pistons?
i would think hard about what you're really likely to do in the future and what you want the engine to be used for, or more specifically how likely are you to add a turbo later.

you'll use your existing crank, the rods will be fine if staying NA just need inspection, bearing and bolts, but while you are there if you do build to allow boost you'd get a set of aftermarket rods to future proof depending on how much boost you plan to run

If you plan to run e85 when you boost it, there is not really any reason to NOT go with HC pistons.

With cheap race fuel everywhere these days, I'd go high compression.
