E30 S54 wiring help

Hello all, I'm in need of some wiring help. Swapped a S54 into a 1986 325e and it's awesome. The engine harness is too short for the ECU to mount above the glove box and there's just a rat's nest of wires. Does anyone know of a wiring diagram or harness that thins out the wires and is long enough to reach the glove box?

2 tricks, rotate the wring coming off engine block to give you a little more length, or personally if I were to do it again, don't mount anything in the glovebox, build a box in the vert battery tray area in front of the glove box hole....
