Solution for S54 oil condisation lines to a E34 oil pan

This is a e30 race car getting an upgrade from a S52 to a S54. I'm using the same oil pan after doing the S54 pump/pickup swap. Trying to figure out the best solution for both condensation lines (8 & 9) as the E34 is not ported. I'm not opposed to adding the bung but before doing so I'm looking for a solution that has been proven as there are a lot of theoretical solutions on the web. Any suggestion would be helpful.

A simple way would be to use a dipstick with an oil drain back port. I can't remember which model it came from though.

Thanks for you response.. I did actually find a dipstick with a oil back port on Ebay. Looks like it came from a first year S54 Z3...
