Actually i bought a E46 (m54b30) and I mentioned a lack of performance

i have doubt in camshaft that are placing in opposite.

my question is there any possibility to fit the exhaust camshaft 244 9.0 mm lift in place of inlet camshaft and visa versa ?

physically possible, I believe so.

I would think you will have problems to mount the camgears without any modification on the cams.
