What hose is this off the additional air line?

Everything on my engine was smashed to hell when I got it. This is the last thing I have to figure out to have it ready to go in the car. I've searched everywhere but can't figure out what the heck this is.

Can someone let me know what this small vacuum line goes to?

Ah...that sounds right because the line is ziptied to the fuel hose as it comes off the block.
