Why would car cut out at 60mph?

Hi: I don't post on here much, but I have had 2 ix's before-should not have sold the last one:)
I am looking at the black ix that is for sale on this forum for 800 obo.

Do you guys have any ideas why the car would be "bogging" down at 60mph?

If it is fixable, this might be a fun car to just fool around with in the winter.

probably a fuel issue - pump, dirty filter, FPR, etc.

I was thinking it was the lack of a cat, but many people take the cat off. Fuel issue sounds more like the problem.

i bet it's the fuel pump. My last car did this around 50mph.... replaced the fuel pump and it cleared it right up. IT idled so much better too...
