for $.95 I'd get it from the dealer. Otherwise the in diameter is 18mm the outer is 22mm and overall thickness is between 1-1.5mm

I was just told that the dealer will put 10w30 motor oil in the manual tranny for a nice smooth shift. Anyone heard of this before?
