Would I be able to use drop hats on an iX?

no, they will not fit.

there is no reverse rake, it's an illusion. Measure it yourself, the bottom of the skirts front/rear.

I have some H&R sport springs specific to the IX. Gray/Blue, correct ones. They're rusty and should probably be painted before reinstallation but I'd sell for $90 shipped
