M3 came with 4.10 diffs. If u have an autotragic than yea it will.

Another question for the gurus; the differential mount (bushing): Any difference in the factory stock rubber ones? The shop has 1 Ix and one cabby with the (more) solid bushing, and 1 cabby and 1 Ix with the one with all the cutouts, I don't think any of them have been replaced but the IxT definitely needs a new one, which is appropriate or does it matter?

the cabby one will work fine if the hole is in the same location (usually centered)
