probably not so good. you won't be left with any suspension travel in the front. the ix specific ground control kit has shorter struts that you will need to modify your strut tubes in order to work. probably the only way to go. plan to spend a bit less than 2k on it though.

hmh ok, could you link something that will work then? :)
i struggle to find any complete sett, and i dont want to order something that will fail and not work on the car.
i just want my car noticeably lower and a bit more sporty without killing the awd.

GC can modify the strut tubes. But yeah, you don't want to do this setup without the shorter housings. actually, with stock bearings it's not too bad, but with the GC camber plates, you won't have anything left at all.

Ok so i can get the coilovers, and just drop the camberplates?
How can i get GC to modify the tubes for me?

Nandowhat do you mean with "not too bad"?

you'll have about an inch and a half or so of travel (before bumpstops) with standard bearings, depending on how low you cut the bumpstops. So you'll compress 1.5", then hit the bumpstops, then further compress the bumpstops (they're about 1.5" long if you cut them in half).

with the camber plates and non-shortened housings, the gland nuts will hit the camber plates after less than 1" (the bumpstops won't do anything).

ideally you'd cut 2" off the tube and use a short koni race insert (the shortest one they make). I'm having a really hard time getting them for some reason, so I'm looking into modified Bilsteins instead.
