    Transfer case to Manual Transmission

Is there any sort of flex disk in-between the transfer case and the manual transmission? It looks similar to where the other flex disks go but it is a smaller size

I am doing an auto to manual swap so I have never seen this connected before

    yes. it's a 96mm disk, it's larger not smaller.

you need a manual TC although you can swap the front case half and input shaft to the auto TC if your manual TC has a fried VC or stripped front splines.

so wait, the front splines on the front shaft of the t/c between the auto & manual are diff? Did i just buy an auto t/c for no reason??!

my front splines of my manual t/c are stripped on the t/c, in addition to the shaft. I'm trying to remember what the exact difference was.

I think it’s where it hooks up to the transmission that’s different

correct, but if i were to transfer the manual parts over to the donor auto t/c, would it still retain the auto front splines for the front shaft, or would my manual parts (which are stripped) be used? Hope that makes some sense

the output splines are the same. the input shaft is different. internally, they're both exactly the same.
