i know i have been away, busy working on other projects, we decided to scrap the e30ix as a track car, went with a more suited solution...
however , it was then decided since there was already certain investments into it, that we would use the e30ix as a pro mod 88mm class 1/4 drag monster ! (e30 wheelies yay !)
now as we all know the drive train is complete rubbish, so after many hours of research, i have come here to discuss and throw around ideas, hopefully we can come to some sort of base as something that many or may not work
heres where we are at now !
we are using a BorgWarner S500-86 sx turbo (hoping for around 1500hp @ full boost) we will be basing the turbo around the Toyota Supra sequential TwinTurbo configuration so as to spool it.

E46 M3 motor forged internals with under bore and darton sleeves (unless someone has a better idea to reinforce the cylinders) and high lift cams +1mm oversized valves
now to the hard part
basically the idea is to use some sort of a forged custom and or reinforced dogboxed 6 speed transmission. That will have to be able to handle the boost of atleast 30psi (have not decided on it but a getrag 260 would be nice if plausible i have seen dogboxed 260 getrags for insane price to high to justify it )
then coupled with a SCS Transfer Case (these can handle upwards of 2000 hp)

simplifying it would be to be to drive it into a Ford 9" end (pro mod strength)
from the transfer case , im hoping to find a 166 differential or smaller performance built differential that can sustain the power or possibly another 9" pro mod type ford differential flipped and coupled as the front (hopefully clearing the oil pan)
the biggest issue being that the rear and front differentials have to line up so the Tcase doesnt have strain !
any suggestions, help or recommendations on parts to look into would be great !
what are your impressions ? is it feasible or not totally not worth it to keep the AWD.
