M5 brake master cylinder upgrade?

Soooooo I'm having a hard time finding legitimate info on this.

An E34 M5 BMC will fit into our cars, yeah? Is it a decent upgrade?

It just makes the pedal really hard.. it wont make you stop faster.

maybe if you upgrade everything else. But I see no reason on a stock brake system. I didn't much care for it on my e36m set up.
