Crazy vibration over 60 mph or 100kmh

Hi guys, Iam new here and my english is not good, so sorry for that :)

Vibration starting around 60mph and in 80 mph are crazy, with speed stiil worse.
First feel in steering wheel ( not like unbalanced wheels, left to ride), steering wheel looks like jumping up and down and continue with dashboard vibration, over 80mph is shaking all car.
I bought new 16 wheels with spacers and new tires, tried on a diferent car (no vibration)
New brakes, new complete bushings, engine a trans mounts and shocks
No play in all system of suspention
Vibrations are with push gas pedal, without gas, transmition in Neutral, still same vibrations.
    Aligment done too.
I tried drive car without front driveshaft and axles, same vibration.
Today i took out rear diff, axles and driveshaft and I tried drive only with front wheel drive system and still similar vibrations.
Only small problem what I saw is small play with steering wheel, when I drive straight, i can move with wheel lil bit to sides.

I am mechanic from bmw dealer and I am lost with my own car.

Please guys I need really help, anyone has great idea ???

    Thanks a lot

well, its really hard to tell by your description but the front diff is a possibility. i would suggest that you might have a problem with your driveshaft or guibo but it sounds like you have already addressed this issue.

Are the spacers you bought hubcentric?

I tried drive without front driveshaft and front axles and still vibration. All 3 guibos are new and rear driveshaft was in shop for balancing.

I bought new plastic spacers, perfect fit on a hub and in wheel too. I tried three sets of original rims a new tires, still same.

Today I tried car on a lift without both driveshafts. Just engine, transmition and transfer case. Over 60 mph, i felt lil bit similar vibration like on a road. Can transfer case make vibration ? When I was under car, i hear noise only from rear differrential. Engine, transmition, transfer case were quiet.

Transfer case bushing is probably junk. It is the only thing that isolates the vibrations of the drivetrain from transferring to the car. I have been chasing similar problem and installed new motor mounts and that helped but have not been able to replace the transfer case bushing yet do to not being able to find the special tool needed to install it. Not wanting to remove TC just to press in bushing...I need the bmw tool! Anyone know where I can get one to loan me or rent?

I drove 3 blocks without my drivers side halfshaft in and absolutely trashed my wheel bearing. I thought no harm in 3 blocks. I was wrong.

                How are your wheel bearings?

I just installed a new bushing in my TC. Removing was easy, just cut it out.

I used threaded rod and 2.5 in cast pipe ends, just drill a hole..need to drill a little off center, because the bushing hole is off center..it took some doing and broke a couple threaded rods.

Pm me if you need help,I can dig up some photos of what I used
