    150mph ix

Just tried the limiter in 5th (test engine, 6800rpm) it worked great haha :D Was racing a 360hp Porsche 911 and a 350hp+ Saab 9000 and a Audi S6 C7.
Can't wait to finish the new engine with its 8000 rpm limiter! It's really needed with this gearing...
    E30 325ix M50 turbo 7 spd DCT 4wd 840awhp @ 31 psi.
    E30 M50 6 spd 764whp @ 24psi.
    E30 M20 6 spd 675whp.

You need a 6-speed out of an E36 M3 Evo.

I have that in my white rwd one, Getrag 420g :) But its not that easy to fit in the ix :P Rather get a 335xi or something.

You can put together a Getrag 260 & E30 transfer case that will work with the 24V engine & E34 front drive assembly, and give you an overdrive.

All you have to do is swap the rear casing from the stock e34 ix trans onto the 6-speed. Then everything bolts up.

Its doubtful that would work. Is the tail section of the zf 510 the same as the 6 speed?

Yeah but i think the ZF will already have a hard time and as far i know the 260 isnt stronger :P

Yes, among other things. It will be 10cm longer. Thats why i want the newer stuff without the guibo between the trans and TC. But the the ATC300 is more complex to control.
