Match bushings and the stopper washers (ie. RWD bushings w/RWD stopper) if you're staying with the OEM stuff. I'd say the same goes for the diff mount. Not sure if it would have any noticable effect on driveline angle - probably not, but shim the diff if it seems to need it.
If you go poly, you can use some washers under the subframe mount's inner sleeve to lengthen it to engage properly without ditching the iX stopper washer. I'm pretty sure more than a few of us did this or made a spacer without any issues.
If you were stock height, I'd say keep the iX stopper washer/mounts, but since the car is lowered, you might reduce rear camber by swapping over to the RWD stuff. (I'm assuming this is why you want to do it)
