Power steering pressure hose

Just working my way through the car and looking at power steering hoses. Does anyone know if a standard e30 pressure hose (pump to rack) will fit the ix? There are aftermarket pressure hoses for the standard e30 for $40 vs $225 for the specific ix hose. Thanks

I checked with the dealer earlier this week and I don't believe they are even available from BMW anymore..

You can cut the outer crimp sleeve off and use standard hose to replace it.
