New Viscous Coupling

Wait, this is clutch to replace the VC? Does anyone have more information about this? This is the first I'm hearing about it. It is better/worse than a VC?

Fair enough, maybe I was misreading but most threads I've found on the subject say that the parts are NLA etc so it's nice to see a link to the part itself.
