I am in the same boat right now. Geting ready to paint it and reassemble. Are you keeping the motor stock? Why do a rebuild at only 130K?

Wow. Even snapped the cam. Broken timing belt?

Luckily the head made it out somewhat alive, that camshaft looking piece ised to be my pump shaft. After the bearing seized the rod snapped colliding with the oil pump shaft breaking it and the tension on the belt. It was a fun morning.
