The guy wanted something north of $11k

he had it on eBay and lowered his reserve down to $8700 - it sold, the buyer flaked...he offered it to me for 8500

It is local so I went to see it, offered him 6500 right off the bat, he said no...i test drove it, put it on a lift, inspected everything I could think of, said thanks but would have to think about it

he called me a few times over the next few days - we finally agreed to $6750 but he had to do new brakes all around, have the front valance repainted, state inspection, leave the mud flaps and roof rack installed...and i kept the new tires (falkins - summer) even though I need to find some snows real quick...

too bad the BRAND NEW snows on my touring are 18"

My new purchase

I decided to purchase a 1989 E30 325iX for a daily driver. Only 62230 miles, 2 owner car and yes it is an automatic (wouldnt be my choice but the wife would only agree to me having a third car and a motorcycle if she was able to use it if needed)

its -87 5-speed manual. auto transmissions are rare in here. even these 2-door ixs are rare. maybe 20 2-door ix in finland. bought it from german. first picture is from the day i bought it. taken in front of hotel ibis, lübeck

Buddy, you are not going to fix your IX? I have seen falling apart(like my IX was) BMWs and people go out nuts to fix them! What would be the worst on your IX the wiring? Take your time and FIX IT! You will have remorse for not doing it when you had the Chance!

Hey guys. I'm still new here and want to say hello there. Here's a few of my IX. Currently have it on H&R's and HD's. I still have a long list stuff to do. Any thoughts on wheel size??? I can't decide on either 16's or 17's. Thinking of Alpinas, or Apex.
