1989 325ix Manual Swap - First Beemer!!

Hey guys, I just bought my first Beemer ever. She's a 1989 325ix and I'm already in love. Last 7 of VIN: 8135300

Anyway, one of the first thing I want to do is the Automatic to Manual Transmission Swap.

So far I haven't had any luck sourcing parts for any reasonable price. Does anybody have any advice on where to look or know of any that might be sold?

I read that you can take the auto transfer case parts and plug them into the manual transfer case so even a nonworking manual transfer case would be great!

Kind of. I ended up buying a parts car since it had some other things I needed.
