Strut Recommendations To Replace Worn OEM

I have a 1989 ix sedan with 145K miles I am peeling back the layers of parts that are worn out. Struts look shot as the shock bumpers are crumbling and the boot are not attached.

I am looking to restore the car to a mostly stock ride height but would not mind better performance.

Any recommendations? Is it a good idea to replace the springs now too? Do I need to do front and rear at the same time? Looking to be efficient with my mechanics time not necessarily save money on parts. I plan to do all the control arms and bushings at the same time.

Springs dictate ride height, not shocks. If you are ok with the ride height, no need to replace the springs.

For shocks you have OE, Bilstein HD, and Koni Yellows.
