I've notice that there is stock of the late model front bumper carriers for the convertibles (51118100572) but not of the coupe or sedan ones (51111925595). I can't seem to find any difference between the two and was wondering if anyone has any experience as to why they are different part numbers?

I have no idea.
Both are Late model bumper supports
both use the same side brackets
both use the same bumper shocks
The convertible version also listed as fitting Euro coupe/sedan/touring, but only USA spec verts.
Maybe this has to do with the side markers, but I don't think so.

Definitely thought it should but was surprised to find they had different part numbers and wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something here. Also just so the info is out there for anyone who needs a replacement.Comment

Has anybody confirmed this? Last week someone hit my car in parking lot and ripped off front bumper. Before I order the 51118100572 I was hoping to confirm that it will fit my 325isComment
