Bumper Trim - Softer material?

Is there a softer alternative for these bumper trim strips? I find it frustrating that they are so fragile. (Valet did this which was also very frustrating.)

Anyone ever find an alternative that will actually allow some “bumping”??

Left Bumper Impact Strip (51121971617) is no longer available, so I’d be happy with an aftermarket replacement of any material to replay mine that’s scratched to hell.
