"Saggy" Pop Out Window Trim Fix.

Looking for some guidance on how to repair this issue that I just noted on my early model 86 325es build date 02/86

Window seal seems to be in good shape. I want this fixed to OEM quality. Has anyone fixed this before? Thanks

Interesting. Haven’t seen this. The chrome is un-numbered in the parts # image.

Does it slide onto the glass like a rail? You might be able up re-seat it with an adhesive.
